Shipping & Handling

Dispatch: Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically dispatched the same day. For orders made over the weekend, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update with our carrier. During sale and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery

All parcels shipped via tracked methods will be monitored throughout delivery. After dispatch, please check with your local carrier for the latest updates on your order’s status.

La Riche Maison is not responsible for any theft or damage if the parcel is left at an unattended address or if a “safe drop” delivery service is selected.

Shipping Delays

La Riche Maison does not take responsibility for shipping delays and cannot provide refunds for any part of your order due to delayed shipments. Our parcels are shipped via trusted carriers like Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, or others, and once they reach your country, they are transferred to your local mail carrier. La Riche Maison is not liable for delays by local carriers.

Return to Sender

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Unclaimed from the post office
  • Failure to pay taxes/customs fees or duties
  • Closed shipping lanes

If your package is returned or rejected, it is your responsibility to email info@larichemaison.com for redelivery arrangements. You may be liable for additional postage costs.

Shipping Timeframes

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 CAD 5-7 Business Days. Free for orders over $99 CAD.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days. $15 CAD.

International:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 CAD 7-14 Business Days. Free for orders over $99 CAD.
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 Business Days. $19 CAD.

Please note these timeframes reflect the time it takes after your order is picked up from our fulfillment center. Public holidays and other global shipping factors may cause delays.
